Sue Smith originally trained as a Physiotherapist and has worked in the health sector since her graduation in 1977.

Sue has long experience with the Rotary organisation, starting with Rotaract as a 17-year-old and supporting her father, who was a founding member of Auckland East Rotary. She now supports her husband, who is Past President of St. Johns Rotary.

Over the last 3 years, and now due to early retirement, she has taken the opportunity to give back to the community by volunteering for many NZ charities. Her favourite role is the one with ROMAC where she feels she can help make a difference in a child’s life.
