Annie Whybourne is a paediatrician with over 25 years of experience, and has greatly enjoyed the privilege and many challenges of working with thousands of precious children with a broad range of medical, child abuse and psychological issues.  Annie has worked predominantly in paediatrics in Darwin and remote NT communities, but has also worked in humanitarian missions with Medecins Sans Frontieres and the Australian Medical Assistance Team in Sierra Leone, Yemen, Vanuatu and Samoa.  Annie has been involved in forensic assessment and the delivery of wholistic medical care to adult and paediatric victims of sexual violence for 25 years and has for the last 5 years been the medical lead at the Sexual Assault Referral Centre Darwin.
